How to add customers?
Customers can be added to your account on multiple ways.
You can add the customers directly using our API. To know more about adding customers using API, please visit here
Through Embed Forms
You can add customers into your account directly by embedding the input form into your page. To add embed forms into your page, please follow these steps:
- Go to Customers tab on your sidebar.
- Select the Embed Form option from the top bar.
- Select the fields you want to show on the form. Currently the following fields are supported:
- Email (Mandatory)
- Full Name
- Phone Number
4. Copy and paste the embed code on your own application and collect customer informations directly from your application.
By passing the information while a redemption
Customers will automatically be created if you pass the information about the customer while making the redemption from team portal, mobile application or your admin panel. To know how to make redemptions, please refer to the links below:
