What are auto messages?

You can set up auto messages to send the discount codes to the customers automatically based on the activities of the user.


Currently the supported type of auto messages are:


Welcome Messages

Send the message to your customer with discount code url automatically when they sign up.

To set up the welcome messages for your customers, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Customers tab from your dashboard.
  2. Go to the Auto Messages option from the top menu
  3. Click on the Add Automation button from the Automation options
  4. Fill in the details and click on add messages (to check all the options while creating the message, please visit here)
  5. Click on the Set It Live to activate the message


Birthday Messages

Send the message to your customer with discount code url automatically on or before the predefined number of days from the birthday of the customer.


Messages based on Query Parameters

You can also set up messages to be sent automatically by using our advanced filters for the customers.


To set up the messages using filters, follow these steps

  1. Go to the Customers tab from your dashboard.
  2. Apply the filters as required
  3. Click on the Create Auto Message button present on the top of the customer list results
  4. Fill in the details for the message.
  5. Click on Create Message after filling in the details. To know more about the filling in the details please refer this section
  6. After the Auto Message is created, click on the Set It Live to activate the message


Important: These messages will be sent automatically to the customer only the first time they are met the conditions. Once the message is sent to a customer, no same message will be sent again to that customer.
